Please note: shipping can take longer than expected as each package is packed up in Mexico and then sent with an escort to the States or Canada and then shipped to the customer.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address. If you live in an apartment/suite, it is your responsibility to make sure it is entered. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer as well as the cost for re-shipping.
All orders will be shipped either USPS or Canada Post. If you would like your order sent by courier, please contact us.
*Please Note* You will be sent an email from us letting you know your order has shipped. If you order does not arrive in 30 days from the date of this email please contact us. We cannot provide a refund or exchange beyond this date.
We accept returns within 14 days. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition with all tags. Once the items are back in our possession, we will do a partial refund (shipping charges for online orders can not be refunded). We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please note that customers are responsible for the returned parcel(s) getting back to us, whether it has tracking or not as well as shipping fees for returning the goods.
Products not eligible for return include beauty & wellness products, books, magazines, cards, lingerie, swimsuits, art & pet products.
Return shipments must be sent prepaid.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges online. The quickest way to exchange your item is to place a new order right away, and return your original purchase for a refund (return policy applies).
