Shipping & Returns
*PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING*
SHIPPING: In Baja Sur Mexico we do not have access to a reliable and affordable shipping network at this point in time. So orders coming from our mexico stores will be taken up to the states or canada personally, and then shipped with usps or canada post. This process can take up to 1-2 weeks before your order is dropped off to USPS or Canada Post. We aim To have your items leaving mexico within two weeks of your order (we try for as quickly as possible), but sometimes this can be up to three weeks depending on the time of year.
Your item will then be shipped standard mail, and you will be provided a tracking number and updates along the way.
If you need your item asap we can offer a courier service direct from mexico, but it can be pricey depending on the size and weight of the package.
Any customs fees your package may incur we are unable to cover. If you have concerns about what the customs fees might be for your item please read up online and feel free to get in touch with us if need be.
Once a tracking number is provided we are not liable for any package lost or damaged in transit. We will of course help in any way we can to ensure you package arrives to you safe and sound!
RETURNS: All sales are final due to the difficult nature of being unable to ship in and out of Baja directly, it has become too costly for us to offer exchanges and store credits. All sales are final, so please be careful to order the correct sizing/style/color. If you have ANY questions please feel free to email us and we can help you choosing the right item and size.
CUSTOMS: ZOCALO is not responsible for any customs charges that mat incur upon arrival. Understanding your countries import laws and thresholds is important, and can be found on your countries government customs website. If you have concerns about what you might be charged upon arrival, please feel free to message us and we will try our best to help.
We are also unable to know all the rules and regulations of each country for import. It is best to check on your governments import page, to see if certain items are banned from entering. Failure to do this, will not be the responsibility of ZOCALO.
Any other questions please feel free to reach out!
